Senior Full-Stack Engineer
Lead the development of our core web platform. You'll build high-performance user interfaces for creators and brands, integrate third-party social APIs, and scale our client-side systems.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience building modern web applications
- Expert knowledge of React, Next.js, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS
- Experience with Supabase, PostgreSQL, and serverless backends
- Strong understanding of SEO, web performance, and state management
Backend / Data Engineer (Python)
Design and maintain Alpha's core analytics engine. You'll build scrapers, social media tracking pipelines, and fraud-detection models to verify video views and automate creator payouts.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience with Python (FastAPI, Django, or Flask)
- Strong database knowledge: PostgreSQL (indexing, triggers, optimization)
- Experience with Celery, Redis, and asynchronous task queues
- Familiarity with data collection, scraping, and proxy networks
Frontend Developer (React & TypeScript)
Work closely with our design team to implement responsive, pixel-perfect, and animated dashboard interfaces for brands and clippers. Bring UI animations and interactive data to life.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional frontend experience
- Deep understanding of Vanilla JavaScript, ES6+, TypeScript, and CSS/Tailwind
- Proficient with React state managers (Zustand, Redux, or Context API)
- Experience building responsive web applications from Figma files
Growth Marketing Manager
Own the distribution strategy for Alpha's brands. You will design, launch, and manage short-form video campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, working directly with our network of clippers.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in growth marketing, influencer agency, or content management
- Deep understanding of short-form video algorithms (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
- Data-driven approach to tracking CPC, CPM, and CPA performance metrics
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Creator Relations Specialist
Support, onboard, and grow our creator network. You will be the direct bridge between Alpha and the clippers, assisting them with campaign briefs, uploads, payouts, and engagement strategies.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in community building, customer support, or creator management
- Active presence and familiarity with social media clipping culture
- Strong organization skills and ability to manage thousands of active users
- Fluent in English and Swahili
